Welcome to The Wellness Connection. By accessing our website, purchasing tickets to our events, or applying for membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Network & Eligibility

The Wellness Connection is a local professional business network operating in the Twin Cities, MN. Our community is curated specifically for holistic health and wellness practitioners, as well as the professional service providers and business allies who support them. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke website access or membership at our sole discretion to preserve the integrity of our professional environment.

2. Event Registration & Cancellation Policy

• Free Registration: While events are currently free of charge, registration is required to attend so that we can manage capacity with our local venue partners. If you register and can no longer make it, we ask that you notify us so we can open your spot to someone else.

• Future Pricing: We reserve the right to introduce event registration fees or ticket costs for guests in the future. Any pricing changes will be clearly posted on the event registration page prior to booking.

3. Membership Accounts & Billing

• Current Access: Membership, directory access, and meeting attendance are currently offered at no cost to approved professionals in our community.

• Changes to Fees: We reserve the right to transition to a paid membership subscription model in the future. Should we introduce membership dues, all existing members will be given ample advanced notice and the choice to opt in or cancel their accounts before any billing occurs.

• Directory Listings: Members are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and professionalism of the information they post in our public Member Directory.

4. Community Code of Conduct

To maintain a supportive, collaborative, and professional environment, all event attendees and members must adhere to the following rules:

• No Hard Selling: Our meetings are designed for relationship-building and resource-sharing. Aggressive solicitation, pushy sales tactics, or spamming other members via the directory is strictly prohibited.

• Mutual Respect: Discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behavior at in-person events or inside online community spaces will result in immediate termination of membership or event removal without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, logos, graphics, and structure—is the intellectual property of The Wellness Connection. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Wellness Connection provides networking opportunities and business resources but makes no guarantees regarding independent business outcomes, revenue increases, or the behavior of individual members. We are not liable for any private business contracts, disputes, or referral outcomes that occur between independent members outside of our structured events.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota.
